This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request refunds. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items must include all accessories, manuals, and components provided at purchase.
  • Reasons for Return: Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described on our website.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered AV carts, software licenses, and digital products (e.g., cyber security subscriptions) are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@avcartdeals.xyz within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  • We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • Securely package the product with the RMA number clearly marked on the package and ship it to the designated address.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, in which case we will cover the costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Inspection: We will verify the condition of the returned product within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Refund Approval: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds include the purchase price of the product, excluding original shipping fees. For defective or incorrect items, we will also refund return shipping costs.
  • Non-Approved Returns: If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, we will notify you and return the product at your expense or dispose of it if unclaimed within 30 days.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement or repair under our one-year limited warranty, if applicable.
  • Cover all shipping costs for returning and replacing the defective product.
  • Provide a full refund if a replacement is unavailable or if you prefer a refund.

5. Warranty

Our AV carts come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Wear and tear from regular use.
  • Issues arising from third-party accessories or software not provided by Av Cart Deals.

6. International Returns

Av Cart Deals and Advan Hong Kong Technology Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or return of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
